A Quantum Leap Tutoring is expanding throughout the state of Florida. We are always looking for qualified candidates who would like part-time employment opportunities in the following areas:

Tutors

Private and Supplemental Educational Services (SES) Tutors are professional educators who work 1-1 or with groups of up to 5 at-risk students to help them with their learning. This is a 1099 position. We invite you to apply for these positions if you:

• Have at least 60 college credits OR
• Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field OR
• Hold a current or recent teaching certificate OR
• Have tutoring experience AND
• Are skilled in email and MS Word AND
• Have reliable transportation

Administrative Positions

District Coordinators and Assistant District Coordinators provide administrative support to our Regional Directors around the state of Florida. They are responsible for coordinating marketing, student enrollment, testing, and tutoring. This is an hourly position. We invite you to apply for these positions if you:

• Have at least 60 college credit hours OR
• Are enrolled or recently graduated from a 4-year degree program (business preferred) AND
• Have administrative, coordinating, or supervisory experience AND
• Are skilled in email, MS Word, MS Excel AND
• Have reliable transportation

Testing

The Testing and Sub Squad is responsible for all pre- and post-assessments of SES students, score assessments, and substitutes for SES tutors as needed. When home tutoring is requested, they will evaluate conditions to determine if the home is suitable for tutoring. This is a 1099 position. We invite you to apply for these positions if you:

• Have at least 60 college credit hours OR
• Are enrolled or recently graduated from a 4-year degree program (education or related field) AND
• Have classroom or other experience guiding children (day care, Sunday School, camp counselor, school volunteer, etc.) AND
• Are skilled in email and MS Word AND
• Have reliable transportation
